The bike is 35.79 meters long, recognized by the Guinness Book of Records in 2016 as the longest in the world, requiring two riders at the same time.

Mijl Van Mares Werkploeg, a member of the Dutch Bicycle Club, set a new world record with this long but very sturdy aluminum frame bike.
The bike is divided into two parts, one is driving in the front and the other is pedaling in the back. It can move well on flat roads, but has difficulty in bends. The larger rear wheel also contributes to the balance of the vehicle when operating. (Watch the video below)
However, Werkploeg’s record may not last long. Earlier this year, a 41.42 meter long bike was born in Australia with 20 seats and 19 pedals. |
